Soooo because I have so many body issues going from the vain size zero girl who ate cartons of ice cream to herself and became the health conscious size large where everything I try on is always too small, medium is always a little too tight. I blame it on the drugs.

I know because after 6 months of being drug free and a diet high of pizza and take out I lost 30 pounds being a lazy ass.

Unfortunately, being skinny when I was growing up was a huge part of my “self esteem”. Mainly cause ppl were jealous and told me about it frequently.

So I found this random article from a phd in he huffington post that has a shit ton of stuff about eating certain foods and not producing serotonin or producing less amounts. I’m really going to have to check up on the science on these claims…. Don’t eat a low carb diet?? What??

I can’t say too much about how food effects serotonin in the brain but I think if I made huge differences I would pass out, maybe?

More research to come on these MIT / Harvard claims…
